Card payments run through Stripe. Before you pay, read the one thing that confuses most customers — the name on your receipt.
Read this first
Your receipt will say Big Bear Towing LLC
Sunset Beach Towing is owned and operated by Big Bear Towing LLC. Big Bear Towing LLC is our registered legal business name, and it is the name on file with Stripe.
That means your Stripe receipt, your emailed invoice, and the line item on your credit card or bank statement will read Big Bear Towing LLC — not Sunset Beach Towing.
It is the same company, the same dispatcher and the same driver who helped you. There is no need to dispute the charge. If anything looks off, call 714-785-6449 and we’ll pull up your job.
Make a payment
You’ll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout page. Have your invoice number or the driver’s name handy so we can match the payment to your job.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Sunset Beach Towing never sees or stores your full card number. Statement descriptor: BIG BEAR TOWING LLC.
