Who we are
Sunset Beach Towing handles towing and roadside assistance for Sunset Beach and the coastal cities around it. Our dispatch answers around the clock — nights, weekends and holidays — because that is when most people actually need a tow.
We keep the job simple: you call, you get a price and an arrival window up front, and a driver shows up and does what we said we’d do. If the problem can be fixed on the shoulder with a jump, a spare or a few gallons of fuel, we fix it there instead of selling you a tow you don’t need.
Our relationship with Big Bear Towing LLC
Sunset Beach Towing is owned and operated by Big Bear Towing LLC. Big Bear Towing LLC is the legal entity behind the business — it holds the business registration, the insurance and the merchant account we use to accept card payments.
In practice, that means one thing you should know before you pay: your receipt, invoice and card statement will show Big Bear Towing LLC, not Sunset Beach Towing. Same company, same trucks, same crew. More about payments and billing.
What we won’t do
We won’t quote one number on the phone and hand you a different one at the curb. We won’t tow a car that only needed a battery. And we won’t send a truck we know is wrong for your vehicle just to keep the call — if we’re not the right outfit for the job, we’ll say so.
